FOR COUNSELOR IN TRAINING PROSPECTS 13 TO 18 WHO ARE COMFORTABLE AT THE CANTER OR LOPE AND IN CONTROL

This 4 day session will focus on leadership skills as well as advanced horsemanship. All riders who wish to become counselors must attend this training session. (CO-ED status depends on adiquate male enrolement.)

Campers who are interested in attending a Day Camp Session only, are welcome to attend the July 9–15th or the July 16–22nd Resident Sessions, as Day Campers. Parents will fill out the Registration Form and 4 page Health History form. They do not require notarization, or a Doctor’s signature. Day Campers check in at 8:00 Monday morning, & will attend Monday – Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 every day.

Resident camp sessions are from Sunday to Saturday. CIT Training Session is from Tuesday thru Friday
Check in time for all resident sessions will be between 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. Sunday afternoon (for C.I.T .camp check in time is 9:00 AM Wednesday morning)
Parents of resident campers are invited to the awards presentation at 2:00 P.M. Saturday afternoon. Check out follows the presentation.
Campers may also sign up for 2 consecutive weeks where applicable. Co-ed enrollment is based on male registration.
FEES:
• RESIDENT CAMP fee is $875.00 ($200.00 deposit upon registration)
• CIT TRAINING SESSION fee is $550.00
• DAY CAMP SESSION fee is $575.00
• FEE BALANCE and all required registration forms should be paid by May 15th in order to insure continued
reservation of your camp space. All registrations made after May 15 must be paid in full.
DISCOUNTS: (one discount limit)
• $25.00 DISCOUNT is given for early registration (prior to April 15th)
• $25.00 DISCOUNT for families with more than one child.
• $25.00 DISCOUNT for campers recruited.
• $50.00 DISCOUNT will be given to families with more than one child registered for 2 weeks.
• $50.00 DISCOUNT for Resident Camp, if balance is paid IN FULL prior to April 15th.
• REGISTRATION CLOSES WHEN CAMP SESSIONS ARE FULL. If the camp session you are interested in is full
by the time you register (with deposit), your name will be added to a waiting list, and selected in the order received.
(Waiting list deposits are refundable if space is not available.)

You will also need to have a doctor complete a "Health History" form and a "Medical Authorization" form for the camper. The "Medical Authorization" form simply allows us to administer "over the counter' medication for such things as ant bites.etc.
